I’m a Canadian living in Munich since 2014 and was born in Bangkok, Thailand.
My motivation is to help awaken the innate wisdom that is found within each of us. We live in a world filled with competing stories, stories that come from a multitude of societal impressions and conditionings. The collective stories that we each carry within can either make us or break us. They can be light to our hearts or weight to our hearts. It has become a spiritual habit of mine to inquire the inner stories collected over lifetimes. By inquiring our stories within through help of Intuitive Coaching, we open possibilities for soul level healing, access truths towards resignating freedom.
For the past 20 years I have studied, Buddhism, Eastern Mysticism, Western Esoteric Philosophies, Afro-Caribbean Spirituality, and Spiritual Herbalism. My Shamanic experience is influenced by Tibetan & African Shamanic insight, Esoteric Buddhism and Therapeutic Shamanism as taught by Paul Francis. I also incorprate Ancient Greek & Egyptian Cosmology and Mythotherapy into my intuitive practice.
My Path with Tea
As a child I grew up tasting teas of Northern Thailand and Southern China.
I never knew how special this experience was until I encountered the tradition of Chinese Pu Erh tea drinking on a trip to the Island of Penang, Malaysia in 2014. Through a Chinese tea master in Malaysia, I learned about the cultivation process of Pu Erh tea and its cultural heritage. I’ve since travelled throughout Asia collecting teas, and integrates tea as a personal ritual into my daily meditation practice.
Aside from having a relationship with Pu Erh tea, I learned the art Japanese Tea Ceremony, and have incorporated elements of the art into my meditation practice. Through learning about Japanese Tea Ceremonies, I’ve travelled to Japan and expanded my knowledge on various Japanese teas, cultivars and the landscapes in which they are grown.
